Tai Tong White Coffee is inspired from the traditional coffee shop culture in Ipoh, Malaysia. Coffee beans are roasted at 325⁰F and be ground using special commercial grinders, it made our beans so light that the beans don't adopt the brown color associated with roasted coffee beans.
