Overseas Shipping Policy

At Shun Dat, we are proud to deliver Malaysia & Singapore local native snacks and specialty products to customers worldwide. Please read our Overseas Shipping Policy before placing an international order.


1. Countries We Ship To

We ship to customers worldwide, covering major world regions including:

  • North America (USA, Canada)

  • Oceania (Australia, New Zealand)

  • Europe 

  • East Asia (Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea)

  • Southeast Asia

  • Middle East

If your region is not listed, you may still be eligible for delivery — simply contact us to check availability.


2. Shipping Couriers

Your parcel will be shipped using trusted international logistics partners, depending on your country:

  • UPS, DHL, FedEx, or Aramex

  • Tracking number will be provided once your parcel has been shipped.

Courier selection is based on:

  • Speed

  • Reliability

  • Cheapest available rate during checkout


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times differ by destination:

  • USA: 5–9 working days

  • UK & Europe: 5–10 working days

  • Australia: 4–8 working days

  • Hong Kong: 4-7 working days

  • Japan / Korea: 4–7 working days

Delivery may be delayed due to customs inspections or peak seasons.


4. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country’s customs authority.

Please note:

  • We do not control customs charges

  • We cannot estimate the exact cost

  • Parcels held by customs are outside our control

  • Customer must settle duties to release the parcel

Failure to pay customs taxes may result in:

  • Parcel returned

  • Parcel destroyed

  • Parcel held indefinitely

In such cases, no refund will be issued for unclaimed parcels.


5. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Some countries restrict certain food items such as:

  • Dried seafood

  • Meat-based products

  • Liquid sauces

  • Herbal products

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the items they purchase are allowed in their country.

If customs confiscates restricted items, Shun Dat is not responsible and no refund will be issued.


6. Packaging & Quality

We pack all overseas parcels with:

  • Bubble wrap and protective cushioning

  • Sealed packaging for fragile or liquid items

  • Extra layers for bottles or glass containers

However, heat-sensitive items (e.g., chocolate) may soften during transit. Please consider your country’s climate before ordering.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is:

  • Lost in transit

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Severely delayed

Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the parcel or after the courier confirms the issue.

We will assist with:

  • Courier investigation

  • Claim submission (case-by-case)

Refund or replacement is subject to courier investigation results.


8. Wrong Address & Failed Delivery

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We are not responsible for failed delivery

  • No refund will be issued if the parcel is returned or lost

  • Reshipment fee will apply if the parcel is returned to us
