At Shun Dat, we want all our customers to enjoy a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If your order arrives incorrectly, damaged, or with any issues, we are here to help.
Because we sell food products, we are unable to accept returns once items have been delivered. However, we will provide a fair resolution depending on the situation.


1. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the correct item

  • Store credit

  • Refund (case-by-case)

Proof required:

  • Photo of the item received

  • Photo of shipping label on the parcel


2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, leaking, expired, or not in acceptable condition, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

Please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Parcel exterior photo

  • Description of the issue

Once verified, we will issue:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full/partial refund, or

  • Store credit


3. Missing Items

If any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours.
Provide:

  • Photo of all items received

  • Unboxing proof (if available)

We will send the missing item or refund accordingly.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all food items are non-returnable once delivered.
This includes snacks, beverages, condiments, dried goods, and festive gift sets.


5. Change of Mind / Personal Preference

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal taste preferences

  • Wrong address provided by customer

  • Failure to receive parcel due to absent recipient

Please double-check your order before confirming payment.


6. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be:

  • Processed within 3–7 working days

  • Returned to your original payment method

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
