Usage of Freeze Dried Soursop Leaves Powder:-

1. Half a teaspoon (0.5g) 2 to 3 times a day.

1. Prepare a cup of 200-250 ml warm water, mix with a mini teaspoon of ginger powder and stir well.

morning.)

2. Commonly used in spices and masalas, curries and stews.

3. To make masala chai for common cold or sore throat. Mix cinnamon, cardomom, cloves, fennel and ginger powder

to make a hot cup of tea.

4. Mix milk and ginger powder and make a smooth paste. Apply it on your face and leave it for 15-20 minutes.

5. Make toner with ginger powder. Boil 2 teaspoons of ginger powder in 4 cups of warm water. Add a few drops of

rosemary or lavender essential oil and mix it well. Store in glass bottle and refrigerate.

6. If you would like to enjoy different tastes of Bentong Ginger tea, you may add in a lemon slice and suitable amount

of honey, or you may also substitute the honey with brown sugar. This combination of flavour is good for the

beginner who dislike ginger's taste.
