Once eaten, the coffee beans go through a ferrets' digestive system and are then removed in their feces. These coffee beans are then taken, cleaned and baked to produce Luwak coffee. Luwak coffee is known for its unique and subtle taste, with a rich and slightly sour aroma. The digestive process of ferrets is considered to provide these special characteristic coffee beans.
