How to cook Nyonya Hong Kong Steamed Fish:

1. Clean the fish, add ginger and steam it in a boiling pot for about 5 to 8 minutes. 

2.Open the pot, remove the water from the steamer, add the appropriate amount of Nyonya's steamed fish sauce, cover the 

pot and steam for about 2 minutes. 

3. Add the fried rice and oil, and the delicious Hong Kong steamed fish dish is ready to serve!

娘家港蒸鱼的煮法: 把鱼洗干净后加入姜丝放进以煮开的锅里蒸大约5-8分钟。打开锅将蒸鱼的水去掉,加入适量的娘家港蒸鱼汁,盖锅再蒸大约两分钟就完成了。再加入炸好的算米+油,美味的港蒸鱼料理就可以上桌啦!
