Use Heng Yoon Shrimps Paste Fried Chicken Mix for preparing super delicious of Har Cheong Gai (虾酱鸡)

Cooking Instruction

1. Marinate 500g chicken wing with 15g Shrimps Paste Fried Chicken Mix for minimum 1 hour.

2.Mix 65g Shrimps Paste Fried Chicken Mix , 2g oil or 1 tea spoon oil and 55ml water.

3. Mix well with step 1 then fry the chicken.
