Cooking Instruction
1.Pour 180ml of water, add in 1 packet of Shan Xin Fang Meat Bone Tea with herbal spices (do not open the herb pack) and wait till fully boiled.
2. Add in 3 pieces of black garlic, 5 pieces of chinese mushroom, 1 kg of meat, 1 spoonful (soup spoon) of soy sauce, 2 spoonful (soup spoon) of light soy sauce and boil with high heat for 15 minutes.
3. Turn it into medium heat, add in some salt and continue boiling for 1 hour.
