2.Herbalton Ipoh Salted Chicken Spices Mix 本草堂怡保盐焗鸡调味香料


👉 Ingredients:

✅ 1 whole kampung chicken/chicken pieces (1-1.5kg). Wash and drain.

✅ 1 Sachet Herbalton Ipoh Salted Chicken Spices Mix (30gm).


👉 材料:

✅ 1只甘榜鸡/鸡块(1-1.5kg),洗净沥干水。

✅ *1包本草堂怡保盐焗鸡调味香料(30gm)


Cooking Method:

1. Rub inside and outside of the chicken/chicken pieces with Herbalton Ipoh Salted Chicken Spices Mix.

2. Wrap Chicken/chicken pieces in aluminium foil. (Aluminium foil provided)

3. Steam or roast to oven (350°F/180°C) for approximately 1 hour until cooked.

4. Ready to serve.

SUGGESTIONS: Suitable for marinate all types of meat. (Steamed or Oven Roasted).


烹煮方法:

1. 将1包本草堂怡保盐焗鸡调味香料涂匀鸡身/鸡块,腌至大约3小时,隔夜更佳。

2. 用铝泊纸把鸡双/鸡块包好。(铝泊纸附於袋内)。

3. 隔水蒸或放入焗炉内焗(350°F/180°C)约1小时至熟透。

4. 即可享用,趁热进食。

建议:适用于腌制任何肉类(蒸或烧烤)。
