Cooking Method:

Pour 1L of water into a pot (about 4 bowls), boil for 15 mins.

Add in the entire packet and boil for another 45mins.

Take out all ingredients in the pot after 45 min. Pour in another 3 bowls of water and boil for 50 min with herb added back in,

Split portions into 2 bowls. Have a bowl of soup once in the morning and once in the evening until finished.
