he hand-made Hock Chiew Mee Suah is originated from Fuzhou, China. During Chinese New Year, folks are enjoying a bowl of mee suah for blessing their families's longevity. This mee suah is handmade. After 9 hours of kneading the dough and some complicated process, the noodles are thick and chewy. The Hock Chiew Mee Suah is easy to digest and absorb by our body.
It is worth mentioning that the noodles are slightly thicker and not easy to break into half or over-cooked. One important thing is the Mee Suah does not add any preservatives, it is healthy and delicious.
If you want to cook the dried Mee Suah or stir-fried Mee Suah, just place the noodle into boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes, dry it and mix it into any ingredients of your choice and stir it.
