Just in 3 steps for preparing King Seng Bak Kut Teh

Prepare 1.5kg of meat

只需三步骤 (1.5公斤肉类)

1. Boil 3 litre water.

先将3公升清水大火煮沸。

 

2. Add 1 packet of King Seng Klang Rempahan Sup, 6-8 garlic gloves, 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of light

soy sauce, 1.5kg of meat and salt.

加入1包传统吧生庆成肉骨茶包,6-8粒黑蒜头,2汤匙黑酱油 ,2汤匙生抽,1.5公斤肉类和少许盐。(注:请勿太咸)

3. Boil for 1 hour at medium heat, and serve hot.

然后转至中火,煮约 1个小时,即可趁热享用。

How to Cook:

1. Rinse 2kg of pork spare ribs (cut into small pieces), along with 100gm of garlic.

2. Prepare 2.5l of lukewarm water in a cooking pot, then put in the 2 sachet of Bak Kut Teh spices provided, together with the pork ribs and garlic.

3. Flavour with 2 spoonful of light soya sauce and add in salt, pepper and seasoning to own preference.

4. Cover with lid and cook for 1h 30mins using only low heat. Your authentic Bak Kut Teh will be ready to serve.

Cooking Instruction

1.Pour 180ml of water, add in 1 packet of Shan Xin Fang Meat Bone Tea with herbal spices (do not open the herb pack) and wait till fully boiled.

2. Add in 3 pieces of black garlic, 5 pieces of chinese mushroom, 1 kg of meat, 1 spoonful (soup spoon) of soy sauce, 2 spoonful (soup spoon) of light soy sauce and boil with high heat for 15 minutes.

3. Turn it into medium heat, add in some salt and continue boiling for 1 hour.

Suitable for 3 to 4 pax
